| Has my car in the J & A Transmission for the second time...two different problems. They were thorough, timely and the cost was way less than I had anticipated. The staff is friendly and let me know exactly what the problems were and what it would cost to fix. I'll definitely take my car back again for any other problems. They're my go-to garage. | I can't say enough great things about J&A Transmission and Auto Service! While driving home to Southern IL on I-55, my Lexus LX 470 experienced a broken axle. I selected J&A based on reviews and had my vehicle towed. I rented a car a drove home without ever meeting anyone is person. I spoke to Cindy on the phone and she put me at ease, kept me updated on the situation and repair. I was able to drive up and pick up my vehicle the following week. I was in a vulnerable situation and J&A couldn't have been more professional! Love these guys. |

| I have so many positives about J & A! I either talk to Kevin or Kristi when I call, and they make a great team. Most of the time I call at the last minute, and they have squeezed me knowing I need the service. Any estimate I receive usually comes in under the quoted price-under while still providing the quality work! Most importantly, they are honest, trustworthy and get the job done. | Every time I have called they have always been so courteous and friendly, and try to get us in as quick as possible. After diagnostics have been completed they always have good communication skills and offer suggestions and options to what they can do to fix the problem. They are wonderful! |
